The R44 and R66 models have proven to be both a commercial and technical success, with the R22 being the fastest helicopter in its weight class. To date, Robinson has enjoyed a massive success, to the point that it can call itself the largest manufacturer of civil helicopter in the world – 2007 saw an output of no less than 800 choppers delivered.
